A celebration and end of an RPM Era.
Let’s talk about small business and family owned and operated. Passion, livelihood, trust, relationships, from our RPM family to our customers over 25 years. Raising a family while building a business. RPM or Jenny Anderson Graphics once upon a time came out of desperation. Caring for family. Doing the best to survive and thrive. My (Jenny) decision was to stay at home, raise my son and continue my business. Billy was about 3 months old when I started attending business sales meetings with him in his baby carrier. Bold, yes, but I think it got respect from some. 🤷🏻♀️ And wow was I desperate to succeed.
Fast forward 16 years, he was working for my husband and I. Working in and at the family business. It’s what we were and still are all about. For the past 3 years it’s been 4 of us, Chuck, Billy, Alex and myself.
I get a bit emotional when I say, we will Monday be down to 3. (Truly tears running down my face).
So proud of Billy moving on a own journey as an electrician. He is starting a new job. But so sad to see him go. Family truly is what we are all about. Cheers to Billy and I am so thankful for all he has done for RPM. I love you my son. Let’s celebrate Billy. Let’s celebrate family and family owned small businesses. And to all of my customers for the next few weeks as we transition to losing a BIG part of our family employees. I ask for patience.
