I wanted to tell you a true story. Being a sign company the produces vehicle graphics, our trucks are covered with advertising. We practice what we preach.
So this past weekend, I was sitting with my 2 boys at Culvers in Champlin. A couple saw me, and asked for my business card. Then we talked for a bit about what they were looking for. They took the card, receive the information they needed directly from me. Now, I hope they call for the work to be completed.
What a better way to talk to a customer. Of course both parties were on their own personal time, so it was comfortable also. Coming from someone that is not much of a “sales person” and more of a “customer service” type, it was nice for me.
