We are EXCITED to announce our latest addition to our equipment here at RPM Graphics, Inc. In April 2017, we added a UV flatbed printer. We call this our “Beast”. Our Beast prints direct to many substrates like corrugated plastic, foam board, pvc and acrylics. What we were missing was a flatbed cutter that will cut these products. Much of these we were hand cutting. If we could not do that, we were sending out to another company. Enter our “Ninja”. Â Starting Monday, we will start installation of our Ninja. This is a week long process for us.Â
The flatbed cutter will help us with labor and accuracy. It is tough to hand cut the amount of signs we put through our shop a lot of days. The cutter has a drag blade and also a router blade. It will open us up to the ability of producing signs that are specialty cut, and short run packaging. As we start to produce some of these products, we will be posting!
